Banyan Woods is conveniently located on the south east corner of Airport and Pine Ridge Roads, next to the Carrillon Shopping Plaza. Our community is comprised of 188 homes of which 100 homes are single family and 88 are condominiums.
Upon entering through our gates you will find our landmark Banyan tree as well as a club house with a full fitness center. Also located within Banyan Woods is a playground, basketball court and expansive walking paths.
We are proud to remain a debt-free community with fully funded reserve accounts.
Master Association meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 4:30 PM in the Banyan Woods club house. All owners are welcome to attend.
